How the Program Works
The program is designed to be completed one week at a time.
For each week:
Watch the video lesson.
Download and complete the workbook.
Review the weekly summary if desired.
Complete the homework and daily exercises.
Practice the concepts throughout the week.
Move on to the next week when you're ready.
We strongly recommend completing the program in order, as each week builds upon the skills and concepts introduced in previous weeks.
Print Your Workbook
Whenever possible, print your workbook and write directly on the pages. Research consistently shows that writing by hand improves learning, retention, reflection, and integration. The worksheets are designed to help you actively engage with the material rather than simply read it.
Don't Rush the Process
Nervous system retraining happens through repetition. The goal is not to watch all of the videos as quickly as possible. The goal is to consistently practice the tools and concepts so they become familiar patterns for your brain and nervous system.
Small actions repeated consistently create meaningful change.
What If I Miss a Day?
That's okay. Progress is not about perfection. If you miss a day or fall behind, simply return to the program and continue where you left off. Healing is rarely linear, and every opportunity to return to your practice is an opportunity to strengthen new pathways.

This week is about understanding how the nervous system can become stuck in protection mode, and why safety signaling is foundational for healing.
Your symptoms don’t define you.
You are beginning the process of retraining an overprotective system.
Week 2: Pattern interruption
Week 2 is about recognizing the automatic patterns your nervous system has learned to repeat over time.
Many stress responses happen so quickly that they feel immediate and uncontrollable—but most are conditioned loops the brain has practiced for protection. Pattern interruption begins with awareness.
Week 3: Mood & Elevation
This week focuses on emotional safety, mood elevation, and helping the nervous system reconnect with positive emotional experiences through repetition and regulation.
Throughout this week, you’ll begin teaching the brain that safety, connection, peace, and positive emotion are still available experiences.
Week 4: cognitive patterns
Week 4 is about becoming aware of the automatic cognitive patterns your nervous system has learned to repeat over time.
Many stress responses happen so quickly that they feel immediate and uncontrollable — but often, they are conditioned mental loops the brain has practiced for years. This week, we begin identifying those deeper patterns with curiosity rather than fear or judgment.
Week 5: identity work
As healing progresses, many people begin noticing that stress affects more than just symptoms and thoughts—it can also shape the way we see ourselves.
This week, we'll explore common stress-based identity patterns, the stories we tell ourselves, and how those patterns may influence behavior, nervous system responses, and daily life.
Week 6: flares & resilience
Healing is rarely a straight line. This week focuses on understanding symptom flares, navigating setbacks with confidence, and building the resilience needed for long-term recovery. You'll learn how to respond to challenges without fear, trust the process, and strengthen the skills that help your nervous system return to balance.
Week 7: Integration
Our last week is about bringing everything together—reflecting on your progress, recognizing the changes you've made, and creating a plan for continuing your healing journey. Recovery doesn't end here. Integration is where lasting transformation begins.
